Utah Law (Broker & Agents) - For those with an out of state license. Please provide your Utah education waiver before enrolling. Please call for details on class days and times.
-Tuition: as of 9/24/07 $10/ credit hour. If the state requires over 50 hours for agents, $8/ hour. If the state requires over 70 hours for brokers, $8/ hour. We also provide an optional payment plan.

Utah has reciprocity agreements with: Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Mississippi, Montana, Wyoming and Alberta Canada.

After graduating from the Academy, the Utah State Licensing Exam may be taken at a Promissor testing center located in Las Vegas, NV or Salt Lake City, UT. Promissor : 1-800-274-7292

Utah State Requirements

The Utah Division of Real Estate requires 90-hours of
pre-licensing education for New Agents and 120-hours for broker students. Applicants must pass a state regulated exam to obtain a real estate or broker license. Students must be 18 or older and while Utah residency is not required a valid Social Security Card is.

Utah has recently changed its requirements for the method of which classes can be taken (effective September 1, 2007). Distance education has been improved (via online courses) and only live classes may be taken for credit.

Because these changes are so recent, we will be compiling an online course as soon as we are able.

Real Estate Academy's
Pre-licensing Course is one of the fastest and most efficient courses. Students have completed in as little as 3 weeks, but are allotted as much as 6 months to complete this self paced course.

The Broker's Course has one of the highest first time pass rates for the licensing exam in the state! In recent months 100% of our students have passed their first time!
