Dan Zukaitis
Pre-Licensing, Continuing Education and Broker Instructor
Dan has 28 years experience in the Real Estate profession. He was first licensed in California in January of 1978 until 1990. He was licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Oregon in 1988 – still valid today. Dan has managed or was Broker for 3 real estate companies and also owned his own Real Estate firm. He currently holds an Oregon Real Estate Brokers and Utah Associate Brokers license and is a certified real estate instructor for the State of Utah.
Dan currently teaches classes for new prospective licensees at the Real Estate Academy here in St. George. He has taught real estate classes for 2 companies in California and RE/MAX, First American Title, Challenge Seminars and the Central Oregon Association of Realtors while in Oregon.
Dan was on the Board of Directors for the Central Oregon Association for 10 years including the Association President in 1997, it's State Director for 3 years, and it's Realtor of the Year in 2001. He was sent to Washington D.C. in 1997 on behalf of the Oregon Association of Realtors and made presentations to the elected Oregon representatives in both the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives on behalf of the OAR. Dan also had a weekly segment on the local NBC affiliate in Bend. During the 5:00 pm News, callers would make live phone calls to ask him questions on “Ask a Realtor”.
Dan's favorite activities are softball, golf and travel.
