Bea Carman-Stubblefield

Beatrice Carman-Stubblefield is the founder and owner of The Real Estate Academy. Bea has been an active realtor since 1978 and brings personal and informative stories (many are downright funny) of her experiences in real estate to the classroom. She has been a real estate educator since 1992, teaching with Wardley Better Homes, Dixie State College and, of course, The Real Estate Academy.
Bea authored a Real Estate text and developed the curriculum for the State of Utah in the 1990s. In addition, she was named Advisor of the Year in 1999 by the National Delta Epsilon Chi and the Utah State Delta Epsilon Chi.
Bea is a native Utahan. She has four children, and proudly claims ten lively and talented grandchildren. She also enjoys traveling. She loves getting away from it all at her Montana retreat in Polson surrounded by a beautiful lake and the mountains or kicking up sand on the beach in San Filipe, Mexico.
