The Beginning of it all

While I was teaching for Wardley Better Homes & Gardens, the brokerage was sold to another that decided to not continue the educational division. So what was I to do with those students that had paid for classes with a company that was now nonexistent? I called the State and got permission to continue teaching the students, which meant I had to rent space at various locations to do so.

What a frightening proposition for me, since I had no financial resources and no business plan (after all, I hadn't been planning to start a business). But I jumped in with both feet---and a lot of prayer---and the Real Estate Academy was born.
